My boyfriend has a lot of friends who happen to be girls and I freaked out. His reply to me ranting about this was
“Amber I’m with you, I care about you a lot and you make me so happy and I’m not changing my mind about who I’m with. I want you and only you and yeah we didn’t hang out a lot this time and I’m sorry for that, I wanted to make more time for you and I should have, and I want you to hang with me and my friends too, I do have a lot of friends that are girls but that’s all they are, just friends. You got my heart and it’s staying that way, and like I said I want you to hang with my friends and I when I hang with them because I want them to get to know you too”
